1—Explore aspects of Self (both owned and disowned), as well as their polarities or opposites. Without consciousness of our opposites, we limit our sense of self, and push-away or judge those qualities in ourselves and in other people as well.
2—Identify how we each participate in the ‘Dance of Selves’ in our relationships. We either draw someone into our life with a particular “disowned” aspect of ours, or we can unconsciously provoke an opposite in another. Understanding how these dynamics operate helps us to be more accepting, and compassionate with these undeveloped parts of Self. We can avoid the traps of “right and wrong” or “good and bad” that can sabotage relationships and create loneliness and isolation.
3— Engage heart-opening experiences. Felt-Love connections (scientifically known as positive affective resonance) are essential emotional nutrients for our health and well-being.
In addition we will delight in Continuum—an inquiry into our embodied fluid nature. This deep connection allows us to become more responsive, adaptable and resilient.
